PRO Alliance - Public FAQ

We built the Pro Alliance to create a 1:1 relationship with pro players who want to enhance their performance and develop a closer relationship with Logitech G. This program is designed to fit your specific needs: whether you’re struggling with an injury or just want to have access to the best gear available, this program was created to serve the professional esports athlete.

We will consider all applications from esports athletes regularly competing in official, professional level competitions.

First create an account and verify your email address. Once you verify your email address, you will receive a link to submit your application to sign-up. You will then be notified via email if your application is approved or denied.

Your info will be kept safe and private. Your feedback on products will only be shared internally, and any information you share with our health and wellness Professionals will be kept completely confidential.

The Pro Alliance is not a sponsorship.  We want to support your growth as a professional.  Before using our logo or trademarks, please contact us so we can send you proper-use guidelines of our logo and discuss options there. When referring to the program, you can say you are a member of the Logitech G Pro Alliance.

Our goal with the Pro Alliance is to make sure pro players have the gear that they need, improve our future products, and to use our network to help players grow as professionals by having access to the resources they need.

Through the Pro Alliance we hope to help pros expand their brand and reach. However, the teams we work with are under no obligation or pressure to consider Pro Alliance members.

This program is completely separate from cash sponsorships. Please send any esports team sponsorship proposals to our partnerships team at Logitech G.

Yes, you should still apply. We believe that all professional players should be treated like professional athletes and retain their rights to use and promote the gear they choose. However, not all teams or organizations agree with us. Please check with your organization to understand their perspective.

Definitely! However, please continue to put in any  gear requests through your team manager instead of ordering through the portal, as this is important for internal tracking. However, you may reach out to us with specific requests.

Of course, please reach out to us and we will remove you from the program at your request.

Absolutely! We encourage it as it will be a faster way for you to get your hands on Logitech G gear you’ve been wanting to try-out.

Yes. You can find the code of conduct in the User Agreement.

Yes, you will still be considered.

Yes, please do! We want to support as many Pro players as possible.

You will be notified via email if you are approved or denied. If you have not yet received an email, we are still processing your application.

We take multiple aspects into consideration and are currently limiting the amount of applications we accept as we roll-out this new initiative. We are growing the program slowly as we build the infrastructure to provide the best support possible. Please apply again in the future as we would be happy to consider you again.

While there are various restrictions on where we can send products, the Pro Alliance hopes to support Professional players worldwide, so please apply.

Currently we are only accepting players within the Pro Alliance, your team manager can contact us via email on your behalf for any specific requests/issues/questions.

Absolutely! We believe Pro players should use what is most comfortable and what will help them win. We would love to hear why you use certain products over others so we can improve our future products, and we encourage you to try a wide variety of our gear to see if something of ours is a better fit.

You should mention Logitech G sent you the gear, but trade guidelines vary across jurisdictions and you must adhere to local guidelines.

We started the Pro Alliance with one main goal: to provide resources that improve the performance of esports professionals. Engaging with Logitech G in our social channels will help us get the word out to other athletes about the program - but it is by no means necessary.

Not currently. The focus of this program is on supporting the performance of esports athletes, and providing the individual athlete with gear and resources. The program may grow and develop more community building perks, but for now this is not a part of our program.

The Embody chair is currently not part of the gear you can obtain as a member of the Pro Alliance.

We recommend saving it for back-up, or recycling the gear sustainably.
